We’ve teamed up again with RecWell and the Carlson Undergraduate Wellbeing Program to bring you a fresh way to de-stress this fall. Join us on Fridays on the West Bank to stretch, strengthen, and clear your mind. Whether you’re an undergraduate writing your first research paper, a grad student deep in dissertation mode, or staff and faculty taking a lunch break—this space is for you.

All are welcome to join the mat Pilates Study Break in the studio on the first floor of Wilson Library (west bank). This includes people from all colleges including undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, instructors and staff. The event is free and open to all. You do NOT need to have a RecWell membership. You do NOT need to be part RecWell’s Fit pass program. Bring a yoga/pilates mat, if possible, or there are some available to use.
