Join us for Tinker @ the Toaster Fall 2025! This year, we're hosting Tinker as a Game Jam!
A game jam is an event where participants make games from scratch in a limited time frame. They're fantastic opportunities to expand your game development skills, meet new creative partners, and challenge yourself to innovate in new ways. Plus, you'll have a proof-of-concept game at the end to show off!
Teams at this jam can choose to make either a board/tabletop game or a video game. Games will follow a theme, which will be revealed at the kickoff event on Friday, November 7th. Over the course of the weekend, you'll get the opportunity to hear from industry professionals and University experts on all sorts of aspects of game design, development, and production. You'll also have the chance to get professional and player feedback on your game, and may even win cash prizes!
The jammers have worked hard... now it's your turn to participate! Come play the finished jam games, vote for your favorites, and see who will take home a prize! This event is open to all. Register to let us know you're coming!
