Regents tour health sciences and Makerspace

Members of the Board of Regents experienced academic medicine firsthand on a March 7 tour of the University’s Health Sciences Education Center, which included a stop at the Makerspace and Virtual Reality Studio within the Health Sciences Library. The visit highlighted various components of the University’s innovative and interprofessional education model, which develops Minnesota’s future health-care workforce and drives new knowledge to improve patient care.
