About Primary Sourcery

Primary Soucery is the blog for the University of Minnesota Libraries Archives and Special Collections. The blog is managed by Lisa Vecoli, curator of the Tretter Collection Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Studies at the Libraries. From new material to buried treasure, Primary Sourcery provides insight into the wonders of our holdings and the work of our curators and researchers.

About the Kirschner Collection blog

The Kirschner Collection blog is written primarily by Megan Kocher, curator for the collection, and provides information about the Doris S. Kirschner Cookbook Collection — including yummy recipes. The collection is located at the University of Minnesota’s Magrath Library on the St. Paul campus. It contains more than 3,300 items, including cookbooks, pamphlets, and recipes ranging in date from 1890-present.

Happy reading!
