Of course the research was strictly for one of her mystery books, which the audience understood and was thrilled, as they responded enthusiastically throughout the one-hour discussion, led by Maria Jette, a mystery fan and member of the exclusive “Coven” of mystery lovers. Jette is also a board member for the Friends of the University of Minnesota Libraries, which sponsored the event, “The Mystery of Writing” at Elmer L. Andersen Library.
