Community-centered exhibition discussion: The Art of Disability Justice Now

AmplyMN and the students in AH (Art History) 5950: Curating Disability Justice course taught by Jessica Cooley are curating a community-centered preview exhibition entitled, The Art of Disability Justice Now.  The full exhibition will open in July at Mill City Museum and will showcase the work of over ten disabled artists working in the Twin Cities.

Join us on the evening of Friday, April 19th from 4-6pm students from AH 5950 will present a brief overview of the curation and accessibility plans for the exhibit. There will be dedicated time for discussion and community members will be invited to provide feedback through both Q&A and an online survey. Light refreshments will be provided. A preview exhibition of select artwork will be on display in Wilson Library through June 28th.  No registration required. All are welcome.
