Stop by the UMN Libraries table or the University Archives table on Monday, November 11 at the Veterans Appreciation Event in Coffman Union Great Hall from 11-2. The free event is a community event hosted by University Veterans Services (UVS) to honor the service and commitment of the veteran and military members of our University community.

The University Archives table will be sharing campus history. The Libraries table will be sharing tips about using the Libraries, our website for finding research and handing out fun library swag. We will have a pop up library and can answer any questions you have. Also — be sure to register for the free online workshop called Libraries Mission Brief for UMN Veterans on Wednesday, November 13 from 12-12:45. In this 45-minute workshop you will meet other veterans on campus, learn tips and tricks from military affiliated Libraries staff for doing research for papers and projects, accessing library materials, and getting help when you are off-campus.
