
Need a relaxing study break? In collaboration with RecWell, Wilson Library on west bank is hosting mat pilates on Thursday’s from 1:45-2:15 on the first floor of Wilson Library. This class is great for beginners and those seeking the mental benefits of exercise. All fitness levels are welcome.
The event is free and open to all. You do NOT need to have a RecWell membership or be part of RecWell’s Fit pass program. Bring a yoga/pilates mat, if possible, or there will be some available to use. All are welcome including students, staff and faculty. You do not need to register in advance.
