Every student experiences stress, and it’s important to find your strategies for taking care of yourself. In this workshop, we will use an app called Hoame to experience a guided meditation exercise. You will also learn how you can borrow a VR headset if you decide to make this part of your strategy. Learn how to operate a laser cutter and vinyl cutter! During this workshop you can expect to learn about the different use cases of digital cutting machines, how to safely and effectively use them, and how to make your own custom designs! Feel free to stay after to do a project of your own!
