Generally speaking, department, unit, and team meetings do not fall within the purview of our internal events support. The Libraries Events and Program Support Specialist is able to help with the following tasks: communications support (including digital and print materials), catering coordination, hotel reservations, Libraries/campus room reservations, event set-up and tear down, name tags, workshop planning, and other logistical needs. In order to help us help you, please submit this form no later than 6-8 weeks prior to your scheduled event. Please note that support is not guaranteed and depends on capacity.
