The 2025-2026 First Fridays season focuses on Sensory Experiences — exploring the things you can see, hear, touch, taste or smell in Archives and Special Collections. The December event in the series features presentations from the University of Minnesota Archives and the Social Welfare History Archives. A light buffet lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. for in-person attendees. The program takes place noon-1 p.m. at Elmer L. Andersen Library or online.
