May 2 through September 4, 2017
Seed and nursery catalogs have long used beautiful images to attract customers. Colorful covers and artifacts selected from Andersen Horticultural Library’s rich historic collection of 72,000 items are a testament to the beauty and research value of the collection, one of the nation’s largest.
Stories of local personalities, including three pioneering Minneapolis seedswomen, give a more intimate look at the life and gardens surrounding these publications.
