“Caitlin developed and has led the Policy and News Media service, which demonstrates the impact of AHC faculty research across news sources and policy proposals, taught bi-weekly in the Medical School’s required Family Medicine Clerkship course, and advanced clinical practice as a member of the Cochrane Collaboration’s Urology group,” said McGuire.
In addition to her primary job responsibilities, Bakker has a demonstrated commitment to the University Libraries. “Caitlin has chaired the Research Services Coordinators group and is an active member of our Research Data Boot Camps,” McGuire added.
Bakker has also established a long and impressive list of professional contributions, including service, contributed & invited presentations, and published articles.
“I want to share my heartfelt congratulations to Caitlin on reaching this career milestone,” said McGuire. “We are so fortunate to have her as a colleague in the University Libraries and as a collaborator with University of Minnesota researchers and faculty.”
