Flights of Fantasy — extended through Oct. 31

Marsh wrenThis fanciful exhibition of ceramic works features a flock of Minnesota birds in their habitats, playfully interpreted in abstract compositions by award-winning artist Susan Feigenbaum. Feigenbaum’s whimsical creations are paired with exquisite bird illustrations from the Andersen Horticultural Library’s special collections. Wander through Minnesota habitats in the library’s inviting space.

Exhibit details

What: Flights of Fantasy: Birds, Nature, and Art at Play
When: February 5 – October 31, 2020
Where: Andersen Horticultural Library at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum
Hours: Open during regular library hours at Andersen Horticultural Library. Check the website for details. Please note that the library is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Susan Feigenbaum is a fiscal year 2019 recipient of an Artist Initiative grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
