Need a relaxing study break? In collaboration with RecWell, Wilson Library on west bank will be hosting yoga on Friday’s from 12-12:30 on the first floor. The first day is Friday, Sept 12 and it will be every Friday during the semester. This class is great for beginners and those seeking the mental benefits of yoga. All fitness levels are welcome.
The event is free and open to all. You do NOT need to have a RecWell membership. You do NOT need to be part RecWell’s Fit pass program. Bring a yoga mat if possible or there are some available to use.
