Yoga study break is back at Wilson Library for spring semester

Yoga class at Wilson Library.Last fall, in collaboration with RecWell and the Carlson Undergraduate Wellbeing program, Wilson Library on west bank hosted a series of drop-in yoga study breaks on Fridays. It was a great success and we are pleased to continue to in spring semester.

All are welcome to join the Yoga Study Break on Friday’s from 12-12:30 in the studio on the first floor of Wilson Library (west bank).  This includes people from all colleges including undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, instructors and staff.

The first day is Friday, January 23 and it will be every Friday during the semester. This yoga is great for beginners and those seeking the mental benefits of yoga. All fitness levels are welcome.

The event is free and open to all. You do NOT need to have a RecWell membership. You do NOT need to be part RecWell’s Fit pass program. Bring a yoga mat if possible or there are some available to use.

Upcoming dates include:

  • Friday, January 23 from 12-12:30
  • Friday, January 30 from 12-12:30
  • Friday, February 6 from 12-12:30
  • Friday, February 13 from 12-12:30 and more
