Every student experiences stress, and it’s important to find your strategies for taking care of yourself. In this workshop, we will use an app called Hoame to experience a guided meditation exercise. You will also learn how you can borrow a VR headset if you decide to make this part of your strategy. Join us for a hands-on drawing workshop in the atmospheric Upson room in Walter Library (room 102), get introduced to the world of botanical art. We will begin with an introduction to botanical art then the drawing will begin with exercises that emphasize the importance of looking closely at intricate details of natural autumnal specimens.
