Choreographer, dancer, and poet Mary Moore Easter will read from her memoir “The Way She Wants To Get There: Telling On Myself” (Nodin, 2022). The memoir traces Moore Easter’s development as a dancer during the decade between 1968 and 1979, a pivotal era in American race relations, women's rights, and the arts. This is a part of a series of workshops on VR for Stress Reduction, this one being focused on meditation.
