Every student experiences stress, and it’s important to find your strategies for taking care of yourself. In this workshop, we will use an app called Hoame to experience a guided meditation exercise. You will also learn how you can borrow a VR headset if you decide to make this part of your strategy. Yoga at Wilson Library Study Break

In collaboration with RecWell, Wilson Library on west bank is hosting yoga on Friday’s from 12-12:30 on the first floor. This class is great for beginners and those seeking the mental benefits of yoga. All fitness levels are welcome.

The event is free and open to all. You do NOT need to have a RecWell membership or be part of RecWell’s Fit pass program. Bring a yoga mat, if possible, or there will be some available to use. All are welcome including students, staff and faculty.

Do you have clothes at home that need just a little TLC? Maybe you have a shirt with a button that fell off, or jeans with a hole worn through the knee, and you're not entirely sure how to fix them. Good news: this is your chance to learn!

Bring your broken clothes or other textiles, and we'll teach you how to mend them in this three-hour Mend-a-thon! No experience needed, and materials are provided. Drop in any time during the workshop and we'll help you give new life to your well-loved garments!
