Every student experiences stress, and it's important to find your strategies for taking care of yourself. This is a part of a series of workshops on VR for Stress Reduction, this one being focused on meditation. In this workshop, we will use an app called Hoame to experience a guided meditation exercise, and you will learn how you can borrow a VR headset if you decide to make this part of your strategy.
